These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zengine™ ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of TipStreams, including any related websites, tools, or services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using TipStreams, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.
TipStreams is a client-side web application that generates QR codes encoding cryptocurrency payment request URIs. The Service accepts user-provided wallet addresses and produces scannable QR codes in standard formats such as bitcoin:address?amount=0.001, ethereum:address, dogecoin:address?amount=10, and similar schemes for supported blockchains.
The Service is provided free of charge. All computation — including QR generation, image processing, and color operations — runs entirely within your browser. No user data is transmitted to any TipStreams server in connection with QR generation. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Supported chains at launch include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), Monero (XMR), TRON (TRX), and BNB Chain (BNB). Supported chains may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to block access to the Service from any user or region we reasonably believe is engaging in prohibited use, without prior notice and without liability.
TipStreams is not a financial institution, payment processor, money transmitter, cryptocurrency exchange, or broker. It does not hold, custody, transmit, convert, or process any funds or cryptocurrency on behalf of any user.
The QR codes generated by TipStreams are informational artifacts — the digital equivalent of printing your wallet address on a business card. The act of generating a QR code does not constitute a financial transaction of any kind.
Any cryptocurrency transaction that occurs as a result of a viewer scanning a TipStreams-generated QR code is conducted directly between the viewer's wallet application and the recipient's wallet address on the relevant blockchain network. TipStreams is not a party to, intermediary in, or facilitator of any such transaction.
Zengine™ does not require, request, apply for, or hold any money transmission license, cryptocurrency exchange license, or similar financial services authorization in any jurisdiction, because no such license is required for the Service as described.
Cryptocurrency involves significant risk. By using TipStreams, you acknowledge and accept the following:
Cryptocurrency transactions on all supported blockchains are irreversible. Once a transaction is broadcast to the network and confirmed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by any party including TipStreams, Zengine™, or the recipient. If you distribute a QR code with an incorrect wallet address, any funds sent to that address are permanently unrecoverable.
TipStreams validates wallet address format using pattern-matching rules but does not and cannot verify that an address is active, belongs to you, is capable of receiving funds on the selected network, or is not a sanctioned address. Always independently verify your wallet address before distributing any QR code publicly.
Sending cryptocurrency to an address on the wrong network (e.g., sending ETH to a TRX address, or sending BTC to a Bech32 address on the wrong fork) may result in permanent loss of funds. TipStreams generates URIs for the chain you select — you are responsible for ensuring your address is correct for the selected chain.
Nothing on TipStreams constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. We make no representations regarding the value, stability, regulatory status, or tax treatment of any cryptocurrency in any jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that accepting cryptocurrency tips complies with the Terms of Service of any platform where you display a TipStreams QR code (including but not limited to Twitch, YouTube, and Kick). TipStreams makes no representation that such use is permitted on any third-party platform.
Cryptocurrency received as tips may constitute taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for accurate reporting of all cryptocurrency income to applicable tax authorities. TipStreams does not provide tax forms, reporting, or guidance of any kind.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZENGINE™ EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

The TipStreams name, logo, design, code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Zengine™ and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The QR code images you generate using TipStreams are yours to use freely for the permitted purposes described in these Terms. Zengine™ claims no ownership over the QR code images you generate.
You may not use the TipStreams name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement by or affiliation with Zengine™ without prior written permission.
By using TipStreams, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher than 18. You also represent that cryptocurrency activity is legal in your jurisdiction.
TipStreams is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 is using the Service, please contact us at the address below.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Lee County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Zengine™.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes become effective upon posting to this page, indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
